The Forum EPFL offers numerous services to the companies who wish to register, such as the possibility to organize presentations of their business and their activies, to have your own stand during the two career fair days, or to organize interviews with students.

Our standard offer includes an access to the CV-library and a double page about your company in the companies book. Once you are registered you can subscribe to the many proposed services: presentations, workshops, participation to the stand fair...

During the days of the 8^th, 9^th, 10^th, & 14^th of October, you will be able to highlight the strong points of your company through a presentation. The future graduate students will be better informed about your activities, how you work, your objectives and the criteria that you are looking in your future collaborators.

You can adapt the conditions in which your presentation will be given on our website with:

- A room of 60 or 100 seats

- A time of 25 or 55 minutes

We also offer you the possibility to organize an aperitif to end your presentation. Comment: The rooms will be equipped of beamers and pointers and all the audiovisual material necessary (PC/Mac sockets).

As a participant of the stand days, you have the possibility to rent personal interview boxes. This allows you to hold interviews with interested students on site.

Through the CV Book on the Forum website, you will have the possibility to schedule interviews. Interview slots are either 25 or 55 minutes long. You can also use any free time-slots for spontaneous interviews.

Forum EPFL offers the students the opportunity to exercise meeting a chosen company. Activities are suggested like public speaking, CV checks and interviews simulation. Therefore, you will interview prepared students.

CV Book

All the CVs of the participants at Forum EPFL are compiled in the CV Book. The documents can be ordered by year of study or study program and can thus easily be searched. The CV Book will be available online as a ZIP file. For the Forum EPFL 2011, 550 CV's were made available.

The stand days are taking place Tuesday the 15^th and Wednesday the 16^th of October 2013. You will have the opportunity to encounter the visitors directly.

You can specify on our website the size, the type of stand and the number of day during which you want to participate to the event.

All the stands are equipped of power sockets (220V, 5A), multiple-sockets (Swiss sockets), carpet, lighting and Wi-Fi access. Any other devices (screens, video/audio sockets) have to be previously brought or reserved. A collection of furniture, decorative plants and other objects are also available on our website.

Two types of stands are available:

1 - Equipped stand Assembled by our staff, the equipped stand is made of 2 composite panels of 2.5m x 0.98m. But also equipped with: - A table and two chairs per 6m2 of stand - A wastebasket - A sign with your company name on the stand 2 - Personalized stand An empty space will be available, you can arrange it at your best convenience. The size of stand can vary from 6 to 36m2.

During the stand days of the 15th and 16th of October, some rooms will be available, in order for you to organize your workshop. Workshops are a unique opportunity for students to discover your company and its way of working. As it is longer than a presentation, you can also get to know the students better. You only have to book a time slot - in the morning or afternoon - on our website.

This offer contains the availability of a room during 3 hours, a beamer with a pointer (PC/Mac socket), a board, tables and chairs and a water- fountain (sparkling water in option). You can also order a breakfast and/or a buffet to end your intervention.

The maximum number of students participating to the workshop is 25.

During the event, you have a free access to the cafeteria and the EPFL WI-FI.

For lunchtime you have two choices. Either you can stay on your stand or you can lunch with some students during the contact-lunch. One person of your company always has to stay on the stand during lunchtime.

1 - Contact-lunches During the two stand days of the Forum EPFL, we provide you the possibility to encounter students, all sitting around a table, at lunchtime. To ensure the quality of this meeting, 2 is the maximum number of students per person of your company. Please note that you can select one student based on his CV available on the online CV-library.

2 - Catering at the stand

Sandwiches, salads and drinks are served directly at your stand. One meal is included per 6m² of stand.

3 - Cocktail (the 15^th of October)

The personal of all the companies participating at the Forum EPFL 2013 are cordially invited to a fantastic buffet.
